Oregano ‘Zaatar’

A highly aromatic form of oregano, Zaatar (also known as Zaatar or Syrian Oregano) is a popular herb throughout the Mediterranean and Middle East where it is used in baba ganoush, falafel and also herbal tea. With a strong flavour and silvery green foliage, this low maintenance herb is an excellent addition to the dry garden, although it will produce much more foliage if watered occasionally throughout summer.
