Black Cumin

Light blue, ethereal flowers produce seeds with culinary and medicinal value. Use the black seeds in small quantities as a flavoring for rice. Black Cumin has been used to treat stomach upset and even as a deworming agent. Direct sow in spring while temps are still cool.
